Shipping policy

Shipping prices are based on purchase weight. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please choose priority shipping for insurance purposes if you'd like your package insured.

We do our absolute best to ship out within 3/5 business days of your order. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Business days are counted as Monday - Friday only and the day of your order placed is not counted. 

OUR SHOP WILL NOT REFUND PACKAGES FOR BEING LOST OR DAMANAGED IN TRANSIT. CLAIMS MUST BE MADE THROUGH THE CARRIER (UPS, USPS, EX.) ONCE IT LEAVES OUR SHOP, WE HAVE NO CONTROL OF WHAT THE MAIL CARRIERS DO WITH THE PACKAGES.
